Bred by Myers Performance Horses in South Dakota, Yes Im Sassy is by Mr Sassy Frenchman out of Full Irish Whiskey, a Paddys Irish Whiskey mare. She has been in training with Dakota Kirchenschlager, who emphasizes allowing his horses to work naturally, resulting in relaxed and responsive performances. When Kirchenschlager sustained a hand injury earlier in the summer, Lovell stepped in to showcase the mare at the Oklahoma City ARHFA Red Bud Futurity.

Lovell praised Yes Im Sassy’s consistent performance, noting her strong work ethic and reliability in various competition settings. Her pedigree combines the speed and agility of her sire, Mr Sassy Frenchman—a descendant of Frenchmans Guy and Mr Jess Perry—with the cow sense of her dam’s lineage, tracing back to Paddys Irish Whiskey. This blend contributes to her exceptional performance in the arena.
